We have selected here a baker’s dozen of photos (hover over a photo to see the caption, click to see full-size image) from the hundreds we have from her lifetime. She died October 4, 2007 after fourteen years of wonderful life with us.
Beta was the best dog we could have imagined. She was great with adults, kids, infants, and other animals. She would prefer to fetch a ball than be petted, but was wiling to put up with any attentions foisted upon her. She loved to travel in the car, always happy to be on another adventure. She loved to swim and to play in the snow – she always became a puppy again at each snowfall. She also liked to ride in boats. Generally, if we were doing something, she wanted to be included.
